Green Short Stay exists to close that gap. Each property type is assessed against a fixed, published set of items across six areas, and the results are given as a private score breakdown — not a public grade. Nothing is negotiable, and nothing is scored on how well a listing is written.

Every paid submission is reviewed by a person against uploaded photos and documents. If the evidence doesn't support an answer, the item doesn't count. Paying the fee buys a review — never a result.

We recommend a fresh review roughly every 24 months, because practices drift and equipment ages. A repeat review costs less than the first one.
